'I have worked often and profitably with Nathan over the last few years, both in television and on building projects. He was chief carpenter on the first stages of the roof and restructuring of the farm house at Trehylin. Since then I have shared his expertise on a number of occasions in a number of Welsh buildings. He has always been a patient and knowledgeable expert, whether talking about a long house, inspecting a ruined cottage or gently guiding me through the minutiae of repair work at Tredegar house. I have recently employed him as surveyor of our works and maintenance at the continuing restoration project that is Trehylin East and I am looking forward to further collaboration. I trust him and respect his work.’
